A picture says it all! The 1st Asian Youth Games spirit is alive in Singapore with everyone excited to join in the fun whilst cheering on Team Singapore. Students, faculty and staff from schools island-wide participate in the inaugural MILO®’s AYG Live! in Campus 2009 Contest from 29 May to 3 July by snapping, uploading and voting for the best group photos that showcase Olympic values of excellence, friendship and respect.
"MILO®’s sponsorship of the 1st AYG and this contest bears testament to MILO®’s continued involvement in youth sports development. Through this contest, we hope to encourage more youths to lead an active and healthy lifestyle through sports and play” explains MILO brand manager of Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd.
The winning school from each category will be determined through public voting for their favourite entry which will conclude on 17th July 2009. The three winning photo entries from each category will be featured on the MILO® tin label that will hit the stores in the last quarter of the year. In addition, the winning schools will also receive a total of S$8,000 worth of cash and other attractive prizes.
Voters will be eligible for a lucky draw that will see five lucky winners walking away with S$500 cash as well as adidas® products worth S$200 and a MILO® hamper valued at S$50.
